Q Do you have a showroom? A Yes, we have a 5,000 sq ft superstore with a large selection of products on display in Bourne, Lincolnshire.
Q Do you stock the products? A Yes, we stock 90% of all products available on the website and any stock issues will be communicated by email.
Q Is my purchase secure? A Storm Bathrooms take transaction security very seriously and use a Protx payment gateway which is constantly reviewed to ensure the upmost protection (see Payment Information for further details).
Q When do you deliver? A We allow 3 to 5 days for delivery but aim to deliver within 2 to 3 days, also we offer an option to upgrade to next day delivery on certain products (see Delivery Information for further details).
Q My product is damaged, what do I do? A Although Storm Bathrooms currently operate at a 98% delivery success rate (no damages), in the unlikely event your product is damaged upon delivery, please email returns@stormbathrooms.com within 24 hours (see Returns Policy for further details).
Q How can I change/cancel my order? A Please contact sales@stormbathrooms.com or call 0845 463 0218 (office hours).
Q Will my order need to be signed for? A All deliveries will require a signature upon arrival, please bear in mind with our new 1 hour delivery service, you will not need to wait in all day.
