Returns Policy
Our returns policy is simple! Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you must return it to us unused and in its original condition within 7 days for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund. After this period the return may be subject to a restocking charge. The cost of returning the product you as the customer would be liable for and we would advise to ensure insurance is in place for any damage that may occur in transit to ourselves. Please contact us for advice at any time and we will be more than willing to help.
This does not affect your statutory rights and we strictly work to the 'Office of Fair Trading' selling guidelines.
